VENDOR SPACE

Vendor space is available in our showhall in increments of approximately 100 sq. feet. There are 20 vending booth spaces in the main room of the show hall where cats are exhibited and judging competitions are conducted. The show hall floor plan may be viewed on the Show Hall page. Vending spaces will be filled as each vending contract is received. The deadline for reservation of vending space at the show is February 17, 2009 or when all vending spaces are filled

ADVERTISING

To support ongoing after-show sales, all FRCF vendors will be listed in our catalog along with their phone number, e-mail address, and website URL, if provided. In addition, FRCF is offering catalog advertising to participating vendors. Our show catalog will be printed 8-1/2" x 11" and in black and white. Ads must be camera ready, and received by the vending coordinator no later than February 12, 2007.

PAYMENT

Vendors will have the option to pay for vending and or advertising with cash, check or money-order. Payment is due no later than February 17, 2009.

VENDING SPACE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Vending Space:

Each vending space will be approximately 100 sq. feet and includes one 6-foot table and one chair. Vending Spaces are $60/each. Additional tables are $10/each. Vendors may bench their exhibits within their vending space for the price of the standard entry.

Decorating:

Vending space decorating is the responsibility of the vendor. Vendors may furnish their own tables and chairs. Vendors must furnish their own power cords. Please be advised that the number of electrical outlets is limited and some vending spaces may be up to 75 feet from the nearest outlet.

Set-Up:

Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. February 20, 2009. Set-up on Saturday morning before show hours is possible between 7:00 am and 8:30 am. All booths must be set up Saturday by the start of judging at 8:30 am.

Show Hours:

Judging is Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Check-in is Saturday 7:00 am to 8:00 am. Advertised (public) hours are 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Teardown:

Showhall must be vacated by 7:00 pm on Sunday night after the show closing.

Liability Notice:

Please note that the Front Range Cat Fanciers/Adams County Fairgrounds shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatever nature or cause that may be sustained by vendors as a result of participation in the event. It is strongly suggested that vendors have proper insurance protection. Please check the requirements of the State of Colorado and City of Brighton concerning the collection of sales tax at this function.

Rules And Regulations:

This show is governed by the CFA and Front Range Cat Fanciers show rules, which will be enforced.

ONLY domestic felines are allowed in the show hall. All felines must be at least 4 months of age.

NO filled balloons of any type allowed.

Radios, TVs, VCRs and electronic display signs are allowed but volume may be restricted by show manager.

Distribution of brochures, pamphlets and leaflets is limited to the top of cages.

Anyone soliciting a product or service must have a vending space contract.

Selling of human food products must have prior approval of show management.

Vendor Application And Contract

To apply via postal mail, complete and print out the form below and mail it to the vending coordinator.

To apply online, fill out the form below and select the submit button. Selecting the submit button will cause a data confirmation form to be displayed and will automatically e-mail a copy of the application information directly to the vending coordinator. Print out two copies of the data confirmation form. Send one copy of the data confirmation form to the vending coordinator with your payment (or donation confirmation) and save the other copy for your records. Selecting the reset button will clear all data from the form.
